All creative work, including graphics, videos, designs, and documents, remains the property of Only Global until full payment is received.
Upon completion and payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client as defined in the service contract.

Due to the customized nature of services, refunds are only available for projects canceled before production begins.
Deposits are non-refundable once project work commences.
Project delays caused by client inaction may result in adjusted timelines without extra costs.

Clients approve all content prior to publishing on social platforms.
Only Global is not liable for public reactions, comments, or engagements on social media.
Content violating laws, ethical standards, or community guidelines may be withheld or removed by Only Global.
